The Haven has a tradition of offering talks and training about our service, service-user research concerning the diagnosis and about recovery in personality disorder. We have a number of experienced speakers including our Chief Executive and some of our Service Users, who will speak at conferences, training venues, to your team at your place of work, or at colleges and universities. There may be a charge depending on venue and circumstances. The Haven is also happy to provide consultation support to those planning personality disorder services or to organisations who need advice on existing services. Additionally, The Haven is involved in the national KUF Programme i.e. the Knowledge and Understanding Personality Disorder Training Framework. Free Personality Disorder Awareness Training is available at The Haven itself. The Haven is also responsible for co-ordination of KUF Training for the East England.
